New Student Employee Orientation

Session 1- History of the Library, Virtual Tour, and Policies & Procedures (50 minutes)

Session 2- Customer Service (50 minutes)

Session 3- Special Collections Presentation (50 minutes)

Sessions 1 and 2 will always be held back to back, typically every other week. You must attend both sessions to get the $0.10 raise and be eligible for any future raise. You may attend them in any order, and on different days if necessary. As soon as you complete both sessions, you will receive your raise the first day of the next pay period.

Session 3 will not occur at the same time as sessions 1 and 2.  Session 3 will occur at a later date (typically once per semester) at which time an employee  from Special Collections will give an in-person presentation  about Special Collections. You are not required to attend  Session 3 in order to obtain your $0.10 raise and be eligible for future raises; however, it is still important that you be present at the next Special  Collections presentation.
