Personnel Records and Termination
Each employee has a personnel file which includes dates of employment, pay raises, evaluations, terminations, etc. These records are confidential and are stored for three years after a student employee has terminated.
Please notify your supervisor at least two weeks before you terminate.
All non-contracted employees are at-will employees and employment may be terminated at any time. The following situations may result in immediate termination:
- A satisfactory level of work is not performed
- Excessive tardiness
- Fabricating time clock records
- Unauthorized access or modification to any database information other than that which you have been assigned
