Getting to Know Employees Activities
Candy Coated Questions (10-15 minutes): Depending on the color of candy, employees will answer certain questions about themselves. This is a fun activity that is both informative and delicious.
Common Bonds (10-15 minutes): This is a low key mingle activity. It does a surprisingly good job in getting a small group of people very well acquainted with each other.
In the Hot Seat (5-15 minutes): A get-to-know-you game that combines aspects of musical chairs with fun personal facts. It is energetic and can be humorous and entertaining, especially when you discover interesting facts that you might not know or expect about people.
Know Thy Neighbor (15-20 minutes): A great get-to-know-you party game where everyone in the group has a chance to answer for the main player. By learning what other people don’t know about you, you also can learn a lot.
Mingle Mingle Mingle (10-15 minutes): Everyone is given ten small candies. The host calls out a general category and the group has to mingle around to find others that have the same answer
Name Drop Guess Who (10-15 minutes depending on size of your department): A good, simple get-to-know-you game that is especially beneficial for groups with new people, or for whenever you wish to help people get to know each other better to break the ice.
Never Have I Ever (15-20 minutes): In this game employees will find out a lot about each other. Find out also who is the most reserved of the group and who has done the craziest things.
Questions Jumble (5-10 minutes): This is a simple game with great interaction and humorous results.
Two Truths and a Lie (10-15 minutes): Learn who your coworkers are and who lies the best at the same time in this classic game.
