Trainings

The HR Assistants offer trainings on several topics including customer service, communication, creative problem solving, and team bonding. If you click on the name of the training, you can see a full description of the training with instructions on how it is done.

"l really enjoy the HR Trainings. I like to do them one or two times a year during our Thursday meeting. They promote team building, communication, and unity. The student employees enjoy how fun they are and I appreciate the discussion that surrounds the topic. We gain insight as a group into how we communicate and work together for a purpose. I recommend the Give 'em the Pickle customer service training. We applied it to our area and generated great customer service goals. I've done several others and liked each one. The HR staff always do an excellent job presenting and leading discussion. "
